Advantages:

Бесконтактное, быстрое заселение. Очень вежливый хозяин. Понимает о некоторых нюансах и сразу же предлагает варианты решения вопроса. В целом большое спасибо за вежливость, человечность, очень приятно было пообщаться! Спасибо.

Disadvantages:

Минус один — нужна уборка. Ремонт в подъезде добавил в квартире побелки, но это временно.
