Уютный дом находится в приграничном посёлке Сикопохья, Лахденпохского района, от города Лахденпохья 19 км. На участке два дома, дома расположены на первой линии, у самого озера. Пирсы для домов отдельные. В озере много рыбы, ловится щука, окунь, плотва, лещ, налим, есть раки. Кругом лес, когда сезон то много грибов и ягод. Отдельно можно арендовать лодку, катамаран, заказать Баню Бочку. Можно заказать катание на вездеходе. В доме есть всё для комфортного проживания. Связь МТС и мегафон, интернета нет. Обязательно иметь при себе паспорта.
