Деревянный, большой, удобный дом. Большие спальни с панорамными окнами с видом на озеро ,скалы и лес. Есть два доп. места в пятой комнате за доплату. Большая гостиная с кухней и обеденной зоной (70 кв.м) и выходом на террасу с видом на озеро. Кухня оборудована всем необходимым. На территории летняя кухня с зоной барбекю, беседка, русская баня. Лестница к воде (свой берег) природный причал. Вся территория (1 га) для гостей (других соседей нет). Парковка рядом с домом. Недалеко есть прокат лодок с мотором. Рыбалка у дома. 10 км до Города Лахденпохья где магазины, ранок, кафе, медучреждения, экскурсионные услуги. До Санкт Петербурга 200 км по хорошей дороге.
