Самоходный плавучий дом 2023 года постройки. Расположен в национальном парке Ладожские шхеры, поселок Куркиеки в Куркиекском заливе. Для семейного отдыха круглогодичного отдыха (горячая и холодная вода, теплые полы водяные).
Размещение до 6 человек. 2 отдельные спальни, кухня гостиная. Два двуспальных дивана-кровати, диван в гостиной. Чистое постельное бельё и махровые полотенца по количеству гостей. Полноценный туалет и душ. Терраса с видом на залив Ладожского озера. Кухня (холодильник, газовая плита, кофеварка, чайник, горячая и холодная вода), телевизор, Wi-fi. Возможен прокат весельной и моторной лодки или катера с капитаном. Рыбу можно ловить прямо с террасы.
Организация групповых прогулок на вместительном катере по Ладожским шхерам.
Экологический отдых на природе.
Возможен заказ питания или экологически чистых фермерских продуктов (молоко, творог, курица, яйца, сметана, кефир, мясо баранины или свинины. Чистая родниковая вода в бутылях.
