Кончезеро, на берегу прозрачного озера «Пертозеро» (на границе с заповедником «Кивач») расположен уютный просторный полностью оборудованный мебелью и бытовой техникой (имеются все коммуникации и удобства). Прекрасно подойдёт для семейного отдыха с детьми. В 10 км от коттеджа располагается курорт «Марциальные воды» (основанный Петром I), в 30 минутах езды водопад «Кивач».
В доме современная финская сауна на дровах.
На территории есть просторная парковка на три автомобиля.
Рядом лес, имеется свой выход к озеру, до берега 20 метров.
