Advantages:

Понятна локация - по сути в центре Пяозерского. Тепло даже в сильный мороз. На повезло - было тихо (соседи норм). Утром завтрак каша, яйцо, булочка.

Disadvantages:

В ванной пахло, пока не пролили воду - видимо гидрозатвор высыхает и начинает пахнуть из канализации.
