Advantages:

Прекрасная квартира в центре города. В пяти минутах ходьбы до вокзала. Рядом в шаговой доступности рестораны "Ягель!", "Карельская горница", "В Карелии есть", вся инфраструктура центра города. В квартире уютно и чисто. Прекрасное место для размещения туристам.

Advantages:

Близкое расположение к вокзалу, относительно тихий район, чисто и уютно. Было позднее заселение - хозяйка спокойно приняла. Есть все для проживания.

Disadvantages:

Старый утюг(. Страшно было гладить светлые вещи.
