При заселении необходимо иметь паспорт.
В квартиру не заселятся гости младше 21 года без сопровождения взрослых.
С животными по договоренности.
Квартира не сдается для вечеринок.
Курить в квартире строго запрещено.
Стандартное время заселения с 14: 00, выезд до 12: 00.
Залог 5000 тысячи(он возвращается после уборки квартиры)
