Advantages:

Добрый день. Люблю писать хорошее, это приятнее всегда, и мне самой тоже. Поэтому коротко: ключи получили оперативно, расположение, вполне себе, хорошо, удобно, парковаться мест было много, возможно, потому что на выходные долгие приехали. В квартире сильно тепло, батареи шпарили очень, а на улице плюс 17. Ну, этот не к владельцу вопрос больше, а к коммунальщикам. Всё про достоинства.

Disadvantages:

Поддерживать чистоту в доме. Ну честно, грязно, и от этого не уютно и неприятно. Ремонт годов 60-х, обшарпано и не ухоженно, к сожалению. Соотношение цена/качество в дисбалансе. Нам нужно было на одну ночь. Переночевали, проснулись и ушли. Но в грязи всё это не комфортно очень. Пожалуйста, намойте квартиру перед сдачей жильцам.
