Мы находимся в д. Кудама, около 80 км от Петрозаводска. Офигенный дом на берегу реки, теплые полы, вся встроенная техника, рыбалка с террасы, баня.
Красивейшее место. В 5 мин. ходьбы берег живописного Сямозера (50*15 км). В озере есть вода и рыба, а так же раки и всякие водные твари. В качестве бонуса дартс и стоянка на 4 машины.
Большая гостиная-столовая с прекрасным видом на реку и лес, с выходом на обширную террасу, 4 полноценных спальни. Место тихое и спокойное.
Доступен мангал, казан и коптильня. Так же на участке баня с пирсом (за доп. плату)
