Advantages:

Хорошая чистая, уютная квартира. Новый ремонт в новом пятиэтажном доме. Парковка у дома. Бесконтактное заселение. В квартире есть всё, что нужно для проживания. Очень тепло. На полу везде плитка, но есть приятный бонус от хозяйки (тапочки и чай/кофе с сахаром ;)) В шаговой доступности магазин Магнит, Бристоль и другие...

Disadvantages:

Первый этаж (пришлось зашторить окна) и за стеной спальни парадная лестница (слышимость хорошая), но это для тех, кто чутко спит.
