Кухня: варочная поверхность, духовой шкаф, посудомоечная машина, посуда и столовые приборы; Вода из скважины, питьевая - привозная. Санузел: джакузи, 2 бойлера, раковина, унитаз. Отопление дома: дровяная печь, конвекторы, теплый пол. Перед домом спортивный уголок для детей, мангал с шампурами.
Расстояние до г. Петрозаводска 7 км. Расстояние до горнолыжного курорта Ялгора - 25 км.

При заселении взимается залог в размере 5000 рублей, который возвращается при выезде. Постельное белье и полотенца предоставляются.

Домик расположен очень близко от Петрозаводска, но в тоже время не в городе, на природе. Участок крайний у леса, воздух просто волшебный. В доме есть все необходимое, чисто, уютно. Очень милые приветливые хозяева.
