Advantages:

Хозяйка была на связи, оперативно заселила по приезду. Также не было проблем при выезде.

Disadvantages:

Неудобная душевая кабина. В коридоре и подъезде - сильный запах от мусоропровода (тут вопрос, конечно, не к хозяйке, а к застройщикам). В квартире при этом запаха практически не было. Для курящих проблемой может быть отсутствие балкона.
