Advantages:

Квартира для своих денег отличная, сильно запоздали с заселением, хозяин адекватный, все прошло норм.

Disadvantages:

Немного тяжеловато нашли, район новый, пришлось покрутиться, не центр, на виды не рассчитывайте, но это для нас не минус был, просто факт. Отключили воду с утра, потом пошла но только холодная, возможно сезонные проблемы.
