Advantages:

Фото соответствует действительности. Кровати удобные, постельное белье новое, хорошее, в квартире чисто, вокзал в шаговой доступности, рядом Пятёрочка, Магнит, разные кафе. До набережной идти по прямой, не заблудишься.
